Cucumber (68%), sugar, water, onion, vinegar, modified corn starch, mustard seeds, sweet pepper, salt, thickeners (carrageenan, xanthan gum), spices (incl. white pepper, turmeric), antioxidants (sodium citrate, ascorbic acid), preservative (sodium benzoate), flavouring, colouring (beta carotene, caramel), safflower extract. Cucumber 68%, mustard 9%.
