Breadcrumbing with Mangoraja Mayonnaise
Did you know our flavoured mayonnaises are great for making an easy and delicious breadcrumb coating for your foods?
Combine Mangoraja Mayonnaise with panko breadcrumbs to make tasty chicken fillets, onion rings, and pickled cucumber slices for a weekend treat. Airfryers are perfect for making deliciously crispy foods that are normally deep fried. Herkkumaa’s delicious products, ranging from mayonnaise to pickled cucumbers, are available at every good K-Citymarket, K-Supermarket and Prisma.
Chicken fillets, pickled cucumber slices, and onions coated in panko breadcrumbs: 2 portions
- 2 onions
- 2 dl Herkkumaa Sliced Cucumber
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 320 g Herkkumaa Mangoraja Mayonnaise
- 2–3 dl panko breadcrumbs
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
Method
- Peel the onions and cut them into rings.
- Drain the cucumber slices.
- Allow the chicken fillets to come up to room temperature.
- Put the Mangoraja Mayonnaise on a plate.
- Put the panko breadcrumbs on another plate.
- Season the panko breadcrumbs with salt and chilli flakes.
- First, coat the onions and cucumber slices in mayonnaise and then in the panko breadcrumbs.
- Then coat the chicken fillets in mayonnaise and then in the panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat the airfryer to 200°C. Cook the vegetables first, then the chicken.
- Serve with Mangoraja Mayonnaise.
