Herkkumaa Street Food Jalapeño Mayo is a hotter alternative to complement an institutional kitchen’s selection. The mayo is fortified with jalapeño and puts the finishing touches to halloumi, chicken and steaks. It also makes an excellent condiment as it goes with almost everything. Our jalapeño-flavoured mayonnaise is available in 900 g bottles.
Rapeseed oil, water, pickled jalapeño 7% [water, jalapeño (44.4%), vinegar, salt, stabilising agent (calcium chloride)], egg yolk (7%), sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard seeds, preservative (potassium sorbate), black pepper, thickener (xanthan gum).
