Herkkumaa’s traditional Rich Finnish Mayonnaise is made from free-range eggs and rapeseed oil. Free from additives, lactose and gluten, this mayonnaise is a risk-free choice in institutional kitchens. Its rich composition lends itself well to a variety of uses.
Our free-range eggs are regularly checked to make sure they are salmonella-free. In addition, our chickens are fed GMO-free feed and any raw ingredients used in production can be traced right back to the chicken farm in question. Rich Finnish Mayonnaise is delicious in salads, great for cooking and as a condiment. Our mayonnaise (80% fat) is available in 5 kg containers.
Rapeseed oil 79% (EU), water, egg yolk 6% (EU), sugar, spirit vinegar, salt, mustard seeds.
No additives, gluten-free, lactose-free.
