Cucumber (58%), sweet pepper, chilli (8%), onion, sugar, water, vinegar, salt, modified corn starch, thickeners (carrageenan, xanthan gum), spices (mustard seeds,
turmeric, white pepper), antioxidants (sodium citrate, ascorbic acid), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate).
