Kimchi cucumber salad 240 g

Herkkumaa’s new kimchi cucumber salad is one of a kind and provides an effortless way to try kimchi for the first time! Kimchi puts a new spin on an old classic. If you’re new to kimchi, it’s made from fermented cabbage using traditional Korean gochugaru chilli. Try it in a burger, as seasoning in mayonnaise or as a side dish on its own. Our cucumber salad with fermented cabbage is available in 240 g jars.

Cucumber (50%), cabbage (8%), water, chilli, sweet pepper, onion, garlic, sugar, salt, vinegar, modified corn starch, thickeners (carrageenan, xanthan gum), spices (mustard seeds, turmeric, white pepper), rapeseed oil, antioxidants (sodium citrate, ascorbic acid), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate).
