Herkkumaa’s fruity Mangoraja Mayonnaise contains mango. Mangoraja Mayonnaise is perfect with salads and chicken. As it is a cold sauce, it is also ideal with barbecue dishes. Our mayonnaise with mango is available in 940 g bottles.

Ingredients

Rapeseed oil, mango 15%, water, sugar, egg yolk 5%, salt, spirit vinegar, mustard seeds, spices (curry, paprika, chives, turmeric, ginger), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), flavouring, 100% concentrated lemon juice, acidity regulator (citric acid), colouring (beta carotene, caramel), thickener (xanthan gum), antioxidant (calcium disodium EDTA). Lactose-free and gluten-free.
