Herkkumaa’s Vegan Mayonnaise is an egg-free alternative. With 60% fat, this is a rich mayonnaise with a balanced flavour, just like traditional mayonnaise. Our vegan mayonnaise tastes great not only in vegetarian dishes, but in any salad or cooking when you want to use a lighter alternative to traditional mayonnaise. It is lactose-free and gluten-free, and contains no egg. Our vegan mayonnaise (60% fat) is available in 2.5 kg containers.
Rapeseed oil 60% (EU), water, sugar, spirit vinegar, modified corn starch, salt, thickener (xanthan gum), mustard seeds, colouring (beta carotene). Lactose-free and gluten-free.
