The sweetness of mango and the kick of sriracha make this mayonnaise perfect for street food dishes, burgers, wraps, as well as a sauce or side for meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes.
Rapeseed oil, tomato puree, water, egg, mango puree 7 %, sugar, jalapeno 4 %, salt, spirit vinegar, modified starch, garlic, acidity regulator (acetic acid, citric acid), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), mustard seed, thickener (xanthan gum), natural mango flavour, colour (beta carotene), antioxidant (calcium disodium EDTA).
