Herkkumaa’s subsidiary Björnekulla Food AB is pleased to announce the appointment of David Bolin as the new Managing Director, effective 16.3.2026.
After much consideration, we decided to put our Red Pepper Jam into a new package with an easy-open lid and a wider opening. This product is now easier to use for dipping, and the new-look label will hopefully stand out better on the shelf. The recipe is exactly the same as before.
Red Pepper Jam goes with almost any food. Spoon or spread this delicacy as a sauce, an accompaniment to meat or fish, or on bread, toast and sandwiches. The jam spiced with jalapeno is ideal with halloumi, chicken and grilled steaks. Browse our recipe tips for the red pepper jam here.
